Trying to make a room for self-improvement, I asked Erick and some of my friends about the things they don’t like about me. Erick says I don’t know how to cook. My friend, Michael, says I’m bad at keeping promises. Damn, they’re right. Ugh.

if you keep silent, they would be more than eager to listen.

if you don’t ask, you will be given more than what you ever asked for.

if you don’t beg to be loved, any other love that will come will be more rewarding.

if you don’t show people how much you need them, they won’t try the hardest to get away from you.

Sometimes if you have done everything, bargained everything, and you still don’t succeed - it’s best to just wait and let go.

I have this whole concept in my head that if you want to be anything, you have to be really good at it or don’t do it. Everything you do, you should do with reckless abandon. If you want to love, then be madly in love. If you want to hate, hate with a passion. It just sucks to do something half-baked - to be too cautious. You will never know the sweetness of success, and the bitterness of failure unless you risk it all.

But as I’ve said, it’s just all inside my head.

If you can’t be faithful, if you would just cheat on your partner. If you can’t help but flirt with other people. Then DON’T go into a relationship. Stay single so you can play all you want. Plain and simple as that.
