I think everyone should walk through an Emergency room at least once in their life because it makes you realise what your priorities are, its not the rush, rush, rush or the money, money, money. Its the people you love and the fact that one minute they might be there and one minute they might be gone. Every minute is precious. One walk through a department like that - where lives are saved or lost - can change you and make you re-evaluate your life and the choices you make.

Twenty nine year old Tatiana is a HIV infected drug addict and prostitute. When she lost the job she had at a bread making factory, she became involved in prostitution, which led to her drug addiction. Both of her legs are infected from the needles and drug use, but regardless of this, she still injects herself daily in the wounded leg. She has an 11 year old son, and lives in an apartment with six other prostitutes - all HIV infected drug addicts.
